Syntax

Element	Rules	Description
type	Mandatory	delete
operand	Mandatory	the resource to be deleted
target	Mandatory	boolean true if the delete was sucessful

Deletes a resource from its underlying location if its URA supports it. Note: Delete is permanent and gives no second chances.
